Following the legacy of our founder, Elcorno Martin, who immigrated to the U.S. over 40 years ago, we’ve carried forward a mission built on responsibility, gratitude, and resilience. Today, under the leadership of his son, Donovan Martin, we continue to serve nearly 100 families across our buildings, many of which are century-old structures full of history and character.

We’ve undertaken ambitious efforts to modernize and preserve our properties — from major system upgrades (like boilers, plumbing, and electrical) to apartment renovations and improved security. Every decision we make reflects our commitment to providing stable homes, vibrant commercial spaces, and long-term value for our tenants and our neighborhood.
